About Bet

Bet Giddings is a church music director and freelance musician living in southeastern Massachusetts. She enjoys playing in a wide range of styles including classical, sacred, Celtic, folk, and jazz. She is also a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and offers supportive counseling to individuals, couples, and families in the areas of stress reduction, anxiety, depression, loss, life transition, and the challenges of serious illness. Bet loves music, dance, poetry, and visual art, and she facilitates occasional expressive arts workshops and holistic retreats.
